im buildin a b20 vtec in a few months and im buyin parts now.

im guessing since an ITR tranny cam off a b-series motor it will bolt right up to the b20 block? would the ITR tranny be the best option or is there a better tranny out there?

I've always heard that the jdm type r tranny is always the best for both quick gears and durability.

ITR tranny will bolt up to b20 block.. its a good trans out of the box due to the LSD option and fairly short gearing..

yes everything will bolt up fine and the gears are good about the only way you could get a better one is go with the 4.785 final drive or something like that but it should be fine like it is the shorter final drive equals more tire spin in a higher whp car which kinda sucks

yes hasport makes a kit and some other companys do as well you need it if you ever want to upgrade to a really strong clutch because the stock cable begins to strech and break
