79 Fairlady Z

Well I may be able to get my hands on a 79 2+2 Nissan Fairlady Z, right hand drive with a L28 I think in it. It need to be restored was running last time I started it, but gas is getting into the oil. It has a GA title just got to find it. Body is in fair condition with some rust by the battery tray, need to be restored.

How much can I get for it? I was looking for 1000.00 OBO can get pics this weekend. Just seeing if there is interest..

Don't need a title for something that old I'm pretty sure. I had it for my bmw but didnt need it and it was a 76.

turbo or non?
if gas is in the oil than you have a bad injector or cold start valve

Yeah its a 2.8 I6 non turbo. Yeah the guy I bought it from messed up the engine harness so I think it may be injector problems but who knows, don't have wiring diagrams for this car...

you say it's a fairlady though...so it has the turn signals on the front fenders? or on the side of the door?, it's right or left hand drive?

Its right hand drive with turn signals in the front bumper, but the mirrors are on the fenders.
