i just put my poor mans type r together .. b16 head / gsr bottom . i used a brand new b16 head gasket ..
oil is leaking between the head and block on the back side of the engine around the dizzy side....
please help!!!!!!!

you put it in wrong way...... "up" side goes torwards back of motor
at 100/hr tech support u owe me $3.33

well i did not put it on my freind did .. do you think it went into the water and fucked up my engine

jw why would you swap a b16 head onto a gsr block? not worth it IMO. you lose c/r

i bought the b16 head it was ported and polished an shaved . my gsr head was bad ..........

The headgasket was put on upside down. I've done it before. You need a new gasket.
jw why would you swap a b16 head onto a gsr block? not worth it IMO. you lose c/r
How is that bad. Its his stuff. Doesnt matter what ideas or thoughts other people have about his set up. He was asking for help. Ever heard of LS V-TEC? Why not a GSR bottom?
