so the car needs salvage inspection? So it has no title and the title must be salvaged? um... ok so if its ready to be inspected, why not inspect it?

okay, your answers are very vague. Does this car have salvage history? Were the bags blown because of an accident? PLEASE BE MORE CLEAR!

if he bought it from verastar it has a salvage title. once the car gets inspected it will have a rebuilt title, no different than a clean title(from a legal standpoint) except it says rebuilt on it making it difficult to sell. as for getting it inspected i believe the person who actually bought the car off the insurance lot has to get the car inspected or a reputable "rebuilder" might be able to get it done, but i know for sure the average person off the street cant do it anymore.

SO basically, no one on here should buy this car unless they are tight with someone at an auto body shop that is seen a a "rebuilder" by the state of GA.

Does that help?

Be honest and up front about stuff so that people dont look at you as shady later. I'm 100% certain you know what it takes to get this car on the road and I'm very hesitant about you selling it on here since if it was easy, you'd have done it yourself and made more money.

Fishy.

"Verastar salvage auto auctions provide salvage management services to insurance companies and financial institutions. Live onsite and online salvage auto auctions are offered to licensed automobile dealers, automobile dismantlers, auto rebuilders, motorcycle dealers, boat dealers, and dealers in construction equipment and farm equipment."

so if you buy a car that has a salvage title you better have/know one of those people else your proper fucked. it used to be that anyone could buy salvaged cars, rebuild them, and then sell them (cause after the inspection the state would give it a clean title). the state got wise (there was no way to tax the profit) and now you have to be licensed to get the inspection done. if you go to a rebuilder you will have to give them power of attorney to get the car inspected. i did 2 cars before the law changed and 1 after, so take what you will from that.
