I'm pretty sure I wrote out that the radiator was to be paid for at a later date. But I'll be damned if I can find the bill of sale, AND I never registered the car under my name, just bought it, decided I wanted a different car, and sold it. So, I don't think I have any legal power. I just want either my money, or kick his ass. Fucking guy.

A dude lets you see a car he is sellin, then turns around and says he is not sellin it with some shit that is on it when you saw it.. But is was too lazy, had no time or wat the fuck other lame ass excuse he as for not takin the shit off the car.. Then you come to pay for the car and sign a "sold as is" bill of sale dude tells you he is gonna need you to bring the shit back or pay him the difference.. Keep in mind bill of sale already signed, money paid and title now in your hands.. Dude lives nowhere close to you(whcih dont matter anyway), you leave his crib or where ever the car was sold to you.. Already have the title in hand and a "sold as is" bill of sale. Ok, just to get it straight, I'm not taking anything out on anyone. The only one I am pissed at, its the guy that took my radiator.

This situation happened as so..

Guy calls me. Wants to see the car. Guy says that he has cash, and car will be purchased when he comes up here. Guy comes up here, takes car for a test drive. Says he has to come back to pay. He was told that the radiator was not to be included with the purchase of the car.

Talked over the phone, guy wanted the radiator. He said that if I left it in, he could pay the 300 at the end of the week, about 3 days later.

Guy comes back the next day with cash in hand. Total is 1800, but I didn't have another radiator to subsitute, so I trusted he was going to come back with the cash.

He still owed/owes 300 for the radiator. The total with the radiator was 2100. He knew this, and decided to stiff me.

Doesn't seem like the same situation to me.

While it is true that anything in the car during the sale becomes the property of the buyer, the radiator was in fact mentioned as not being sold as part of the car. That means nothing?

Someone came to look at a car I have for sale now, and wanted to pay 3/4 now, then the other 1/4 when he got paid. This is the reason I didn't let him do that. I wanted to, becuase he seemed genuine, but people like this ruin it for everyone else.
