Well, my grandparents fucked up and sold some more of their beautiful land in the mountains of Tennessee to the ole Wal-Mart corporation. The money sure is nice, but I hate to see that land get ruined. This sucks. I'd rather go up there and see the scenery. Later, QD.

That sucks. My family owns almost 300 acres of land here in dalton. My grandmother signed a contract of some sort stating she wouldnt develope her land for 10 years cuz it dropped her tax's, then idiots built a Semi-truck warehouse thing on the adjacent fucking property. Cause the value to go down on some of it.

Yea, dependin on location, land can be VERY expensive. The porperty closest to my house is about 30k an acre. Was more until they developed next to it. Some of the other is only worth like 2.5-3k an acre.

Well. My grandparents hardly live in a trailer. Never have. I don't know exact figures, but I do know that it was well into 7 figures. The Blue Ridge Mountains runs right through their land. To me, with all the money they already have, I would've rather keep the land. Later, QD.

Yea, some people dont realize that owning land has its benefits. Although, unless you can pay taxes on it, i wouldnt suggest owning alot.

Unless you know about the Wal-Mart in North Tennesse that hasn't even had the ground broken in on, then you don't know about this one. Lolol. Later, QD.
