hmm.. S2000's seem a lot faster than 6.3 and a 14.9 1/4 mile. I wonder where they got that from.

Not really tony, I see sk2 run that or slower stock all the time.

It also depends heavily on how you launch them.

ok I have a video, I know it isn't 0-60 but it is against a 6mt G35 coupe and I can tell you from experience they are not slow. S2000 is completely stock.

The s2000 isn't a 1/4 mile car that's why it ran the G35 so good on the highway. So I believe that it's times was 6.3 and a 14.9.

In most of the runs the G35 was playing catch up till about 80mph. 0-60 for the S2K is more like 5.4-5.8ish and definitely not a 14.9 1/4 mile, low 14's is more common provided its a decent driver.

Huh... I must have been doing something well, because I got that time twice last time I ran, with bald tires. So I'm wondering if this is really accurate.

These are all mag times...of which many of these times are "adjusted" for certain factors. For example, the 1996 Porsche 911 turbo (993) is listed at 12.1 sec in the 1/4 mile, but it isn't faster than my car. Then again, I have seen mine run 11.91 bone stock, but only one mag got that time. It might have been a fluke.

I have never seen a s2k stock run better then a 14.9 at the track. Seen around 5 cars.
