1) his car isnt even done so no one can race him anyway
2) hes made it pretty obvious hes not going to drive his own car

Since there is no real value in having him here if he cant race his car, his existence on IA is not needed. when his car is back up an running an he wants to race, perhaps ill give him a stay of execution to run a few people.

Actually I did call his bluff when he shit talked and said he had his "boys" come scout me at work and said he'd come up there and whoop my ass. I told his ass to come up there, NUMEROUS times and never did. So jackass, I called his BLUFF.
