Williams died after being shocked with a Taser at the Gwinnett County Jail. The computer technician, who had epilepsy, was acting strangely when police officers responded to a domestic violence call at his house. He was shocked during a struggle with jail officers and died a shot time later. A coroner said he died of brain damage from a heart attack, but the cause of the heart attack could not be determined. The coroner said there is no evidence that five shocks from a Taser caused or contributed to Williams' death.

After doing some more research, this is in fact the guy in the video. The date above is the final autopsy report date. I tried to read their patches, but couldnt since the quality wasnt quite there, but Im 98% sure this is the guy.

really?? IMHO, i would say for liability purposes, of course the coroner couldnt find a connection between tazing(which sends an ELECTRICAL current through the muscular tissue (heart being a muscle also) and the death of a possibly bipolar 31 yr old man who according to reports, stopped taking meds issued for his condition. and tazing 5 times doubtfully would kill anyone, but the duration of each of the 5 could play a factor.

This was big thing back a couple of years ago. I think, NOT SURE, that the family sued becasue of that and some officers got fired and shit. Thats crazy tho.
