"You have a collect call from....an inmate in Dekalb County Jail. Your service provider does not accept collect calls. In order to take this call, you must establish a prepaid account. Would you like to accept this call from...Dekalb County Jail and setup a prepaid account?" cllliiiiiiick, end call lol

somebody just wasted their one phone call by dialing the wrong number lol...

He was probably in the holding cell, where they have pay phones. I had a friend go to jail last week, and he called me at least a dozen times. I too ended the calls lol
