Reading the post, the owner had mentioned a new exhaust being put on by the dealership... wonder if that had anything to do with it... would suck to be the dealership if it did!

It would and wouldnt at the same time, cas he there is proof that the dealership was at fault then well he gets a new car...specailly if it was still under warenty and if the dealer did the work then it still would be.

I'd be kinda upset at first. After everything passed, I wouldn't care. It's why you have insurance.

He'll be rolling around in another Z06 in a few days.
