Atlanta area ?'s

My room mates and I are getting ready to move to Atlanta probly in the next month or so for school and all and we are looking to rent a house in Atlanta. We are looking very seriously at one house but we arent sure of the neigborhood (all of us being from Macon). So I was wondering if anyone could give me the heads up on how the Belvedere Park area is.

Only Belvidere I know if is in Decatur off of Columbia and Memorial. First place in GA that I ever lived. So there. Later, QD.
