It was their car and thus, their responsibility given the ages of the kids. They knowingly let their car get "out of safety specs" and knowingly let their daughter drive it, even if there was a risk. They are negligent.

If i can recall correctly when I first heard about Jacob's death they told me that the girl driver was parallized from neck down and couldn't remember anything or anyone.. and they told her that once she got out of the hospital she was going to jail after being told that she killed someone and doesn't remember... can someone confirm? did anyone else know Jacob ... he went to Norcross High School... would have been class of 2004 ...

I cant believe this....Theres been so many deaths in such a short time related to car accidents. This obviously means something...People should do something to prevent all of this.
