I was watching the news last night and it was talking about KFC and their high trans fatty acid foods. Well they went through the process of how they had to change some things and the oil and all that, but then later they got to talking about trans fat in foods and restaurants. I was astounded to hear that they were BANNING trans fat foods from the state of New York, due to the gross amounts of people suing and claiming it has made them fat. Now that they have removed the trans fats from the food they even said on tv that its not any healthier and that you shouldnt eat any more of it than before. Now anyone who has any sort of intelligence is going to know that consuming greasy ass food 3 or more times a day is going to make you fat, especially if you dont have any type of physical activity in your life. I have come to the conclusion that the grease has gone to their brains and made them stupid. The food that YOU eat is the choice YOU make, I dont care if its cheap,easy and fast. Its just like a cheap hooker, cheap, easy and fast.. something is going to fuck you up later.
Restaurants are going to have to put up signs that say "eat at your own risk, if it makes you fat tough shit", either that or people are going to start suing subway, because they ate the cold cut trio for 3 times a day for 6 months and they dont look like "Jarred". Its going to be something never ending and NEVER should have started, who could have honestly said to a jury that they didnt know that eating greasy ass processed food was going to make them fat over the years of me sitting on my ass watching white-trash vision. The fact that someone sued these restaurants, got lots of money and then did NOTHING about losing that weight, even with their new found riches and fame.
Just remember, its these same white trash people that are some how porking retarded ass babies out of the morbidly obese bodies and setting the world up for the next round of rediculous unintelligent human beings.
FYI, my definition of "white trash" applies to EVERY ethnicity, not just white people. OH, and they always want shit for free. kthnxbye.
If you agree, let me see some reps on this shit.

You can thank the judicial system for most of these cases. 99% of them should not even make it to the docate.

Everyone always brings that court case up, and noone ever knows the details.
·McDonald's sold its coffee at 180º to 190º Fahrenheit; This is about 20 degrees from boiling (212ºF). Coffee at that temperature, if spilled, causes third-degree burns (the skin is burned away down to the muscle/fatty-tissue layer) in 2 to 7 seconds.
·McDonald's admitted that it had known about the risk of serious burns from its scalding hot coffee for more than 10 years -- the risk was brought to its attention through numerous other claims. In fact, from 1982 to 1992, McDonald's coffee burned more than 700 people, many receiving severe burns to the genital area, perineum, inner thighs, and buttocks.
· McDonald's admitted that its coffee is “not fit for consumption” when sold because it causes severe scalds if spilled or drunk by customers;
·Although McDonald's admitted that it has known about the risk of serious burns from its scalding hot coffee for more than 10 years, they admitted that they did not warn customers of the nature and extent of this risk... and could offer no explanation as to why no due warning was given
·Also, 3rd degree burns are pretty serious. They do not heal without skin grafting, debridement and whirlpool treatments that cost tens of thousands of dollars and result in permanent disfigurement, extreme pain and disability of the victim for many months, and in some cases, years.
Basically... McDonalds was knowingly selling a dangerous product. Everyone knows that hot coffee is hot... but hot coffee shouldn't require a freakin hospital visit if it is spilled on something. By your reasoning, McDonald's should be able to stock razor blades instead of plastic butter knives as utensils and be free of responsibility when people slice themselves up while trying to spread butter on their hotcakes.
The court held that companies that serve the public have a responsibility to warn the public about serious dangers that aren't immediately obvious (like hot coffee that than effectively melt your skin). I don't think the court was wrong.

Hhow fucking ignorant does a person have to be to not know that coffee is hot when u get it. if i order a coffee it is immediately obvious to me that its probably hot and i shouldnt spill it on myself. some people just want to get rich of there own ignorance and the court system is allowing them..

I would even say that someone who got fat off of McD's food and sued SUCCESSFULLY, is actually smarter than the rest of us moral folk. They just exploited a FUCKED UP system that fell for their shit. But seriously, I know its bad that people need lawsuits to bail them out of their miserable existence, but shouldn't we blame the system as well for letting them get away with it? and about that dumbass lady that burnt her cooch with McD's coffee while driving with it between her legs what the fuck did she expect would happen if it spilled, a warm tingly feeling and hazelnut-scented panties when she fucked that night? but it was our government that awarded her stupidity with millions. so blame the system and her.
