.. one of these.... in the states. Has the s/c Ecotec motor rather then a K20( =:jerkit: ). its making 300bhp :bump:

yes sir and for 3 good reasons:
 
1) they have a top so you can drive in the rain
2) girls don't think you look like a redneck in a dune buggy
3) you get a nice variety of skittles colors to choose from :D

If I recall correctly they're in the neighborhood of $35,000. 
They can be made to be street legal. They can out handle bikes on a track and run deep in the 11s or possibly even 10s in stock form. 
I'd pick Honda reliability anyday over the Ecotec motor, though. What can I say, I'm a sucker for 9,000RPM redlines. 
The Honda K20 engine also comes with an option to supercharge it and make 275-300hp, also. 
These things have been around for a while. However, for the price, I'd probably spring for something else.

It actually pretty good powerplant and is easy to modify. You don't get the torqueless 9K RPMs though.
