do any of you guys use the online services?? i pay my bill online every month but now when i try to log in it says "account login disabled" or some shit like that...just wonderin if its doin that for anybody else. my bill is due the 1st and theres no tmobile in NC so its not like i can just go to a store and pay it

that happened to me, I called customer service, but I had to go in a store.... give them a call and maybe they can help you since there is not one near you

cause i hate tmobile customer care, you gotta say whatever you want to do, and it never recognizes it, and sends you somewhere totally off topic and you get put on hold for 30 min only to get transferred to the right dept and get put on hold another 45 min. plus, i thought maybe it was a system wide thing that i might have to wait till they get it back up and running :goodjob:

when you call them just hit 0 to talk to someone. thats what i do:goodjob:

no sir, no tmobile in nc and most of sc. why, i do not know. here we have cingular, verizon, alltel, sprint, nextel, suncom, and cricket :gay:

im guessing suncom is our tmobile since my screen always says "SUNCOM", but when i get almost outta sc on the way to georgia it switches to "T-MOBILE".
