lofts in midtown or downtown

i am moving to atlanta some time in the near future and i am going to live with my brother who attends GT. we are looking for a place in one of those two areas to rent. if people could just list some suggestions for us that would be great. the only requirements we have are 2 bedrooms and it must allow a dog. though we would love to have a sick place, i think 1300-1400 is all i can afford a month for the place.

the easiest way to do it is to go look around. there are tons of lofts, but unlike apartments, they arent grouped together in a community with the same property manager..

These two apartment complexes are closest to Tech- owned and managed by a corporation and the leases are fairly reasonable.

and there two other properties on North Ave. kind of across the street from Savanaha Midtown- but I can't remember there names (maybe someone eles does)

There is an office/retail location type of place you can go to that will give you directions and pricing for apartements. There is one in Buckhead at the Corner of Piedmont and Roswell road- I think its called Promove it has a big yellow and red sign- or you could google it.
