This is the only one I have photoshopped so far (contrast correction, frame, sig are generally all I do). My friend Chantal. Funny thing is after taking a couple of pics, she got approached and asked to model for a shop down here lol.

thankies.. I bought the Pentax before coming down to Savannah... dropped just under a grand on it, but it's already paid for itself between me shooting weddings, auto events, and doing freelance newspaper work down here. I loves it a LOT. :D

IMHO, it's worth the cash to drop on an SLR, but then again, I enjoy taking pictures, a LOT, and the SLR definitely helped step up my game. But if you're only gonna be taking pics every once in a while, and don't need all the other options, then you'll be fine with a regular, non-SLR dig. With a good eye and skill in photoshop, the line between pics taken with an SLR and pics taken with a non-SLR becomes extremely blurred... here's a pic I took with a non-SLR... without pulling up photo properties or using an extremely trained eye, someone would never know the difference
