I'm testing the waters with my '96 Integra GSR 'cause I know
I'll never be able to get even close to what I spent on it
if I sell it whole.
Here's some pictures of various projects:

http://home.comcast.net/~dhill917/images/mugen1.jpg
http://home.comcast.net/~dhill917/images/itr-piston1.jpg

It's got:
1. very good leather interior
2. body in very good condition
3. Japanese Domestic Market Integra R suspension, 16x7" factory wheels,
Brembo slotted rotors in front (3 months old), Carbon Ceramic brake
pads (1 week old), Brembo blanks in rear. Brakes are very good
and I didn't even bleed them properly.
4. ITR 22mm rear sway bar + Comptech mounting/tie bar.
5. Comptech header ( 1 year old)
6. Mugen twin loop JDM Integra R catback exhaust (3 months old from
King Motorsports)
7. 2001 type R pistons, cams, valves and valve springs.
8. Comptech CAI
9. It's got the factory catalytic converter only because the flange
on the Mugen exhaust was larger and needed to be rigged up to fit.
10. GSR block + head /w 1 week old distributor from Distributor King.
11. 2 day old factory idle air control valve (still didn't fix the fluctuating
idle)
12. 2 month old factory type R radiator.
13. injectors ultrasonically cleaned and flow tested

Problems:
1. leaking oil from the oil pan even with a new gasket (might be
warped)
2. leaking oil from the camshaft oil seals even with new seals and
Hondabond
3. needs to be converted to OBD-1 and tuned properly with a
wideband air/fuel measuring tool to extract max power
4. O2 sensors might be gone from running very rich 2 months ago
5. factory type R shocks are gone...had plans to go with Bilstein
sports but this is a daily driver and Bilstein sports don't like
rough roads + they're expensive.

Well I'd love tofind out about the leather interior... I have a 94 4 door and have cloth. Give me an idea what you are lookign for for it and a what sort of shape it is in..

Also, you don't happen to have some 98 and up rear tails for it do you?

Here's an update:
I'm still considering the responses.
I won't be greedy but I need to know if this will turn out better
than selling the car as is + I need to find a more reliable daily driver.

The axles have to go with the front steering knuckles because
the JDM type R has a 36mm hub (same as 97+ prelude and 93
accords vs. the USDM type R hub, which
is 32 mm (same as the GSR). My axles are off of the same
2001 type R and are in very good condition. They were
bought from Acutech Racing in Cali.

The stock type R shocks are no good anymore. The
springs and stiffer bushings are good though (still have the rubber
silencers on them).

I'll probably sell the front type R upper control arms with the
suspension. They were bought new from Acura Carland
a few months ago.

Blox intake manifold is also new.

Front lower control arms have Mugen bushings pressed in.

Head gasket is brand new and screwed down right with strong
ARP head studs. They are reusable. I've had no problems
with the engine, just the stuff around it, like hoses,
belts, seals, sensors, etc.

Here's what I paid for the major items:
Wheels, steering knuckles, trailing arms, brake calipers,
shocks, springs, axles: $1800 from Acutech Racing.

Mugen 4-door twin loop: $950 from King Motorsports

Here's a messed up video in the car with the exhaust +
cams, etc:
