EG catback fit DC2??

Does anyone know if these 2 will fit or if not how much of a difference are they. Would a muffler shop be able to make an adjustment without too much problems.

I have DC2 and looking to get an aftermarket cat that is coming off of an EG. And I want to know for sure that this will be able to somehow fit without too much trouble.

Also, would anyone suggest a good muffler shop that might be able to do this work correctly??

if the bends in it are the same it should fit..cause if it is just a little to short then they could could just add the little extra length needed pretty easily i think...imo
