Actually - yes there are multiple forms of the Aramaic language - if you really wanna be a smartass... to quote the cavemen on the Gaico commercial "next time, do a little research"...

Cheers.

From this URL: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aramaic_language

Aramaic is a group of Semitic languages (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Semitic_languages) with a 3,000-year history (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aramaic_history). It has been the language of administration of empires and the language of divine worship. It is the original language of large sections of the biblical (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bible) books of Daniel (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Book_of_Daniel) and Ezra (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Book_of_Ezra), and is the main language of the Talmud (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talmud). Aramaic is believed to have been the native language (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/First_language) of Jesus (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aramaic_of_Jesus). Modern Aramaic (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neo-Aramaic_languages) is spoken today as a first language by numerous, scattered communities, most significantly by Assyrians (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Assyrian_people). The language is considered to be endangered (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Endangered_language).

Aramaic belongs to the Afro-Asiatic (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Afro-Asiatic_languages) language family (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Language_families_and_languages). Within that diverse family, it belongs to the Semitic (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Semitic_languages) subfamily. Aramaic is a part of the Northwest Semitic group of languages, which also includes the Canaanite languages (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canaanite_languages) (such as Hebrew (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hebrew_language)).

...What's not to get? Find a group of people who are interested in getting some ink done and of course the obligatory hotties, have a meet-up at Richie's shop and show some love for the artwork...

O ic. I thought you were refrencing my comment somehow. I feel kinda dumb(shut up anyone!).

30 people! that'd be like a whole day for this guy. :lmfao: I bet he'd work out 1 hell of a deal.

damn bro, RELAX. dont be upset cause they might have over quoted you for something, its funny that pyscho tattoo has been in ALOT of tattoo mags and the owner has about 30 awards for tattoo work he has done, but i guess your right, they have to be "mediocre"

RX8volution
10-24-2006, 11:46 AM
I'm not trying to bring anyone down- I had a series of bad experiences so I'll simply say that I wouldn't go back there. They've very expensive, their artwork (at least on me and another person) looks decent but not great, and they are always very very snooty there... not something you'd expect from a tatoo parlor.

devin
10-24-2006, 11:52 AM
yeah, i guess you havent been into alot of shops because i have been in some shops and not even greeted, i know the guys at pyscho and i always see them greet everyone with respect, and me and alot of other people think they do damn good work, but its all a personal choice, so go where you like.
