My Right Blinker Light Wont Go Off

i have a 98 teggy gsr and the right blinker light wont go off (meaning it just stays lit when the lights are on) but the blinker works when the headlights are off, any suggestions?

lol f it, im getting an rsx in a couple days and we are going to have a day of buring out in the gsr :-)
