it's all about stripping the cars....for example all civics, teggies, accords, maximas...how many of those do u see on the road? stripping the shit out of them and selling they're parts is where the money is...

I understand that...But I wouldnt steal a car to tear it apart...I would steal a car to ship to a nother country to sell....Kinda like my fav movie of all time "Gone in 60 Seconds"

yea it mostly has to do with the alarm systems...... a 50,000 mercedes is going to be alot harder to steal than a 89 camry....

the chance of someone stealing a car with an alarm is slim to none unless the person knows you.

back when i used to do car audio and install alarms people would constantly ask me "can someone steal my car with this alarm" and i would tell them honestly "yes they can, even with the best alarm it wont stop a flat bed" and that is the honest truth. a car alarm is a thieft deturent it isnt a cure all.

And civs and tegs are just wayyy to easy to steal it takes about 10-12 sec to drive off in a civ. Im a mechanic so i know the tricks on cars but with a civ you simply need a slim jim (know how to use it) and a flat head screw driver.Easy, quick and hard to find when stolen. I own a civ so im pretty worried but my car is always garage kept.
