Very nice. I expected to see a shack before the pics loaded due to the 1926 comment.
Love the Pine I-Beam in the kitchen... Gives it a nice feel.

You mean Hysterical District? Yes it nice to live in one bc of scenery but the "society" that watches over the houses can be ridiculous sometimes. lil word of advice, find out who is on the Board of homes there and be buddies with them, incase you ever need do a lil extra outside remodeling or even a lil work in your yard on your car. But other then that nice house its similar to my parents' not many rooms but they are very big and spacious, a very popular trait of older homes.

Awesome. We just moved in to our house last Sunday. We just painted the Living room and hallways almost the same color as yours. The walls were originally white and were dierty and full of holes

I'm up at my inlaws in dawsonville... As soon as I get home I will take some new pix of what all we have done... the inside has totaly changed... the was some old water damage in one of the rooms that we had to fix... And last wk in the breakfest room we found out that a previous storm had put a hole in the roof and the ceiling fell in.... "GGRRRREEEAAATTT"... oddly enough once we started taking the ceiling down.. we found that there was beadboard behind it... so thats cool.. congrats on your house man. the room that is all wood took 4 coats of kills to get white before we even started to paint that!!!!

Thanks and congrats to you as well. We had to sub out our paint, the ceiling in the main in the living and dining area was 24ft at the peak and I dont have a ladder or scaffolding to get up there so i said screw it and paid someone.

Oh and I love the gate at the entrance that thing is awesome.
