air freshener

i bought one of those liquid air freshener things.
popped it into my ac vent.
one of my friends were being a dick.
turned it upside down.
and it spilled a little trail onto my console.
i didn't notice it til like a day later.
but it won't come out with water.
is there a chemical i should use or is it just fucked and i should punch him in the windpipe.

go for the throat punch anyway, then try cleaning with soapy water or maybe some of that goo-gone stuff.

Same here ^^^ knock him the FUCK out for playing around in your car like that. You don't do that. After that, you can use some degreaser or Armorall.

A customer in my Brothers shop in Denver had something similar like that happen with those Glade Car air freshners (like you were describing) happen. IIRC correctly it took a while, and some heavy scrubbing, but like someone else mentioned Goo Gone, and a nice sponge, or cloth should take it out.

yea i tried some armorall and scrubbed hella hard. it's still there, but i'm thinkin about stopping at pepboys when i come from school and grab some goo gone and hope it goes away. =[

punch him in the throat and while hes gasping for air make him swallow the airfreshner so he never forgets the smell of that shit. then i would go with the rubbing alcohol or even nail polish remover but be very careful with either as they can take paint off or fade the plastic very quickly and make sure after ur done wipe down really good with a wet rag to remove any excess cleaner

or just try wiping it with a microfiber cloth or something. If the microfiber dont work then use a little water and micrfiber. I keep a microfiber mit in my car for all types of clean ups
