you can call t-mobile customer service and request a subsidy unlock code for that phone...only if you have an active account though...they' ve stopped unlocking the sk2 n 3' s but you can still try to request for a code and may be it' ll go through.....GOOD LUCK.

theres a place actually inside discover mills that does it too
