Holy shit shamrock got his ass beat. Its weird seeing him get stomped like that, I was watching UFC back when he was tha man and beat Gracie.
At least he finally maned up and showed Ortiz the respect he deserves.

Franklin is a working machine-Iron Man, Silvia is show w/ a little bit of profession but Franklin is there to win not showboat all day. The 155lbs class fight is going to be awesome seeing that little muscle man dude tear up that Jiu Jitsu master.
Tito and Shamrock was obvious, well Tito is in his prime while Shamrock is in retirement. Now if Shamrock was in his late 20's it would be a totally different fight, but ya. The best fight of all to come is Ortiz against Liddell oh SH!T, that is so worth 60$.

Sean Sherk is a bad ass....he trains here locally with Jeff Bedard(7-0-0 still undefeated in 155 MMA) sometimes. Ive seen him tear some ppl apart at the Fight party/MMA shows. Sherk used to be a great wrestler in College...he is short but built like a hockey puck lol. he used to be up at Velocity all the time before they switched ownership.
