FruityLoops

Bass Hunter, a famous Swedish DJ, makes 100% all of his music using it... and has gained fame and notority across Sweden and other parts of the world with it.

He even made as song about an IRC bot... and DotA (a video game mod) and they got famous, lolol.

Are you trying to MAKE music or MIX music?

If you're trying to MIX music, go buy some freaking turntables. Jeezus.. what is this world coming to...

If you're trying to MAKE music, check out cubase, fruit loops (fl studio), and reason. Fruity loops would probly be the easiest for you to start with since it's a little more streight forward than the others. It's pretty powerful but the end product doesn't always sound as professional as I would like. Reason and a few others are pretty good for end product production. They actually have plugins that duplicate real production hardware like the mc-808 & mc-909.

Just go buy a 909 ;)

Don't listen to Brandon. He knows nothing about DJ-ing. Later, QD.
