I went up to the top of our football stadium and took a few pictures of the city and all. The view from up top is really nice.

not yet, because i don't have a tripod here. and usually they lock the stadium up at night, but maybe one day

hahaha, I've heard Tech is going to buy those at some point. Not sure if it's just a rumor though.

most likely yeah, they were Techs at one point, then it ended up being handed to state...

Tech has the other olympic dorms.. but I've heard those rumors for years and that the soil around the dorms are sinking like 1/2 every year or some shit like that..


the new GSU dorms are gonna be PIMP shit

on the GSU dorm topic, i heard about them selling them to GA tech too. Man i hate those dorms, they are trash. my G/F went to GA state one semester and lived in the dorms and absolutely hated it. I hated going down there, having to park my car and leave it all night in those apartments across the street from the dorms.

wtf? i thought the stadium was always locked? i used to know folks that'd jump a fence to get in but never heard of ppl just being able to walk in whenever???

yea it's kind of weird, but that gate that's right next to Bobby Dodd Way is always open during the day. I've been in a few times, you can just walk right in. Sometimes I don't see a single person there, and other times I see a few people cleaning up.

sweet, i might have to make a trip there myself sometime for some pics or something and to walk the field, always wanted to do that (as of now, only time i've been on the field was 4 yrs ago when we beat AU and we tore the goalposts down).

I havn't actually been out on the field yet, but I imagine it won't be that hard. I know a few people that have. A group of guys even went out there and played ultimate frisbee until they were asked to leave.

And about that goal post, I went into a frat house (TKE) and they have the crossbar up on their wall, with the teams signatures on it.
