i have a slipped disk (i think.. not sure what it is.. but i feel a grinding pain in my lower back.. after too much running or standing on my feet).. so running for me is almost out of the question.. i want to play and football is just too iffy.. yall play football on wednesdays so i figured tonight we could do volleyball

^^^yeah but everyone is goin to makos tomorrow nite yo. if we get enough ppl like we did that first time (14 or so) we can always do subs in and out too to make sure u rest ur hurted disc :P
