Black/gray/primer s13 fastback with "dunlop" stickers

Anybody know this guy? Couldnt see the color for sure since I saw him on the highway at night. We ran earlier 2nite while I was on my way home. We only got to go from about 55 to 100 though and Id like to run him up to 120-130mph. It was dead even during both of the runs we had and I think the faster car would truly shine up top.

Oh and the car had a turbo but not sure what kind of motor it was attached to.

The car has stock turbo with bolt ons. I know the driver of the car and could set up something soon. Beeter yet I will have him come on here and negotiate his own race
