Thats a nice house. We are in the market to, but since my girl is still in school, we have a newborn, and I'm the only one with income right now a house like that would probably be out of our range.

Oh and congrats

I picked this house up for $158,000 it's a 2yr old house in Lawrenceville..the reason I got it so cheap is b/c the house is foreclosured. Look in the market for a forclosured home, the house i bought had nothing wrong with it, i bet the people who previoulsy ownd couldn't keep up with the payments that's all. Start getting in the market and look around I bet there's another home out there that the dumbfucks couldn't keep up with the payments...The funny thing is we got the house appraised and it's worth $194,000 so right off the back we've made $36,000 in equity..My friend CAN help you out if your SERIOUS

pm me.....if you want me to help you and your family out

I have bought and sold a quite a few foreclosures.... I like mine fixer uppers....

You should know u make your money when u buy.....and with a good agent and time... u can find killer deals in GA.... easily with 25k in equity and up....
