Yeah, don't we all wish?! I always have these crazy ideas but I think this one would work...44,000 people showed up to the race in Irvine, CA and we have one of the best tracks in the world here. If it can support a 10 hour Le Mans then there's no reason it's not suitable for a JGTC event. I'm thinking about starting a petition online...

Yet again no love for motorsports on an import forum?! :rant: I've bought a site and working on putting a forum on it, yeah yeah...yet another freakin place to register! Only have to do it once, i don't care if you never ever ever go back to it again, i'm just going to use the members list as the petition and attempt to get Road Atlanta as a venue for a JGTC event.

Planning to have a forum for discussion, maybe news, and of course one for people to show off their photos from either the event at Irvine or ones taken in Japan. With enough support there's no reason we can't get a GT event here. :)

ok, now that I'm a complete idiot and failed to realize JGTC is now called Super GT. I wondered why jgtc.com was recently put up for sale :doh: Back to the drawing board but the idea is still there!
