Used and has scratches from normal use. Small dent on slider that covers camera. Functions PERFECTLY though. If you're worried about the cosmetic aspect, you can just order a new oem housing (found on ebay for 20 dollars). It would be like you have a brand new phone. Currently looking for manual, so it might not be included but comes with all other accessories that came in the original box.
