Me and my boy hit the gym today and did a leg work out. We started out small and got all jelloey.. :tongue1:

Heres what I did on the leg press
First set: 250lbs. (15x)
Second set: 315lbs. (12x)
Third set: 400lbs. (12x)
Fourth set: 545lbs. (10x)

I'm going to 600+ next week. :ninja:
