I am looking for a Partner for a Real Estate Investment Firm. Will need to have Good Credit and Preferably some cash. I have found several properties that can net some good income I just don’t have enough cash to cover the length of time I will need. I am very good at finding the houses and realizing there potential.:bump:

All I deal in is land,lake prop. I am in a non-res RE company. We can help you buy a house, but we arent MLS subscribed because we dont want the haggle of res..... but I am a land specialist....especially 20+ acres.
