Basically the standard IPOD ones suck...especially for bass. I know they are small and are never going to have a solid bass output, but the crackling is annoying whenever i listen to a bass heavy song. Anyway im just wondering if anyone here knows of any good earphones i could replace these with. Id be willing to spend around $100 for some. I have been searching around google and such, but as with almost all audio stuff there is a HUGE range in prices. So if anyone has any suggestions that would be awesome.

TIA

For the ear bud headphones I like the sony ones... If you want something a little beefier but bigger, try the mdr-v700's. Thats what i use as my DJ headphones... Theyre incredible...

I actually ended up ordering a set of the Sennheiser CX300. Comprable performance to the Shures and they were under $50 on amazon so i couldnt pass that up :goodjob:

Thanks for the reccomendations everyone :goodjob:

i've been happy with my sennheiser earbuds...work great even though they've gone through the wash a few times
