Need a house to rent out ..

january my lease is up and im trying to find a house to rent or maybe own ..
i dont have such a good credit and purchasing a house would prolly eat me alive ..
im trying to pay maybe like 800 a month for rent on a house ..
2 bedroom is cool also cause my friend might still live with me ..
also the area would be around exit 5 or exit 6 from 400 ..
if anyone can help me out it would be cool ..
also a enclosed backyard is cool too so my dogs can play outside ..
