I had noticed ever since i bouth the car that there was a header bolt missing and that i needed to replace it but i never came around to it and i was just about to go pick up a new bolt and a new gstket when a freind told me that there was a possibility that the previous bolt might have broken inside so i looked inside and sure enough therre it was what should i do any cheap or easy ways out of this?

You need to get yourself a drill gun with a small drill bit and drill into the broken stud. Buy yourself an easy-out bolt extractor kit. It looks like a t-handle with a screw that twists the wrong way. You insert this into the hole of the bolt and twist it out. Very easy fix.

This is something you should figure out yourself. Just look down in there. Can you fit a drill gun? If not, what about when you remove the radiator?
