I got this from myspace of all places.
There are a lot of points made here...
Let's discuss.....
You call me "Cracker", "Honkey", "Whitey" and you think it's OK.
But when I call you Kike, Towelhead, WOP, sand-nigger, Camel Jockey, Gook, nigger, spick, or chink you call me a racist.
You say that whites commit a lot of violence against you, so why are the ghettos the most dangerous places to live?
You have the United Negro College Fund.
You have Martin Luther King Day.
You have Black History Month.
You have Cesar Chavez Day.
You have Yom Hashoah
You have Ma'uled Al-Nabi
You have the NAACP.
You have BET.
If we had WET(white entertainment television) ...we'd be racists.
If we had a White Pride Day... you would call us racists.
If we had white history month... we'd be racists.
If we had an organization for only whites to "advance" our lives... we'd be racists.
If we had a college fund that only gave white students scholarships...you know we'd be racists.
In the Million Man March, you believed that you were marching for your race and rights. If we marched for our race and rights...you would call us racists.
Did you know that some high school students decided to make a club for only the white students because the other ethnicities had them... they all got sent to court for being rasist but the african-american, latino, and asia clubs were not even questioned.
You are proud to be black, brown, yellow and orange, and you're not afraid to announce it. But when we announce our white pride, you call us racists.
I am white.
I am proud.
But, you call me a racist.
Why is it that only whites can be racists?

That is the same thinking that spirals the debate that white people can't be racise...
IT'S BS... and you know it... There is no specific time on the accepted public calander where the white American is celebrated... I think that what happened in the past is deplorable, but it is just that the past... Get over it already...

I'm just stating that all of these things were needed to get us out of the insane society that we were in the past. Now that we have evolved, these things only separate us. They were needed in the past, but I don't think that they are now.

Also you know there are scholarships that basiclly white people only qualify for. There are scholarships that people over 6'3 qualify and shit like that it. If you don't notice, the world is still basiclly made for a white male. If you don't believe it you are ignorant.

See, I think thats how that phrase came about. I'm not racist or anything but racial slurs are dumb. They are just words that hurt as bad as you want them too. If I were black and somebody called me a N****** I wouldn't call them a Honky, cause it sounds stupid like the kid on the playground, I would just stab them.

I've heard this before, but I realy haven't seen it. Maybe it's because all of the other programs are publicized more? I dunno.
Maybe I am ignorant to this, but I don't think so... I guess growing up in my sheltered home on Glenwood rd I just never experienced racism...:lmfao:
