I almost died when he told me I could take it for a spin and the keys are in it. He let me take out out all by myself. I could have shit myself right there. It was so amazing! It's a C5 and I really wanted a C6, but after this I will def take a C5. The Evo is sooooooooooooooooo out of here!
Its an '02 Z06 that I bought from the original owner who was up in Maryland. Its got about 30K miles, and about 4K miles since he did a head/cam/intake/exhaust package (along with beefed up clutch and rear end). It's in great shape, and sounds absolutely amazing. I'll find out for sure myself, but it should be putting down around 470 hp to the wheels.

What? YOu've never heard of Point Of Sale? Let me give you a run down on that. Although you should know being a spokeswoman for your shop. Here goes:

Definitely a sweet ride. Get one and Twin Turbo it, go for a C6, just for cool factor. Me I'd go for a C5 because of $$ issues, aha.

Appreciate the Vette Z06 for what it is, an ass kicking affordable supercar. Don't get me wrong, I love the Evo and STi, but poor the same money you do into an Evo in to a Z06 and guess who's going to come out on top?
People usually don't go from Vette to Evo, its the other way round......they step it up from a 4 door sport compact to a steal of a supercar.

Before you get the C5 Z06 try the regular "non-Z06" C6. The price difference isn't that big, it's just as fast as the C5 Z06 and it's built a lot better.

If I had to choose I would take an evo cause you cant put a baby seat in the back of a vette, but vettes are far superior to evos. Anyway have fun and always park it with the wheels straight. My old boss had an 02 z06 and the ignition lock.....locked. The tow truck driver broke one of the magnesium wheels cause he parked it with the wheels turned amd it caught the side of the rollback being drug up onto the truck, and those wheels are not cheap. Anyway other than the baby seat issue I would take a vette over just about anything it its price range.

no hating on vettes here, but it is my honest opinion that the Evo is a better all around car than the C5. Most of the things I didn't like about the C5 were fixed on the C6. Tracy said she's always wanted a Vette so that's all the reason she needs to get one and she's already had a fast EVO anyway. But I still say the C6 is worth getting over the C5 by quite a bit.

it makes around 640ish with a HUGH pulley (runs it on the street). he made 974RWHP i think. he still had 2 smaller pulleys to go, but said 974 was enough for him. after his car made that they left that pulley on and he drove out to eat and on the way he was going around 85-90, stabbed it and went across the lanes blowing the tires off :burnout: . this guy lives in canton. he built my friends house. its the sickest sounding car in history.......ever!!
