lookin to rent a upstairs bedroom in my house.. you will have all of upstairs to yourself(2 bedrooms/1bath) unless i have guests in town.. then the extra bedroom will be taken for a day or 2..
NO smoking in the house, and if you smoke, and the smell comes in with you, no smokin on the properity
NO drugs whatsoever
would prefer no pets
you have to be clean, not make a mess, and keep everything in order(im a clean freak)
i do run my buisness in the basement, so please respect that
cable is available

rent would be $375, plus half of power/gas, all others i will take care of (it would be anywhere from 450-525 per month)
