i was wonder how much torque and hp i could get out of a b16a if i rebuilt it with all new internals... it would b N/A... and i would be putting it in my 1996 integr rs

depend on the "internals" you replace. depend on compression. depends on the cam. depends on how well the work was done.....

B16 in that model integra is not the best idea. The integra chassis is too heavy. But if you are dead set on it, I made 175whp from my b16a2.

B18C, LS/VTEC, B20/VTEC, or just a B20Z with some cams would be much better than a B16 in that car.
