Hangouts during NOPI weekend?

I know in the past the Kroger on 19-41 has had peope hanging out late. Also the car wash on 19-41 by Lovejoy (across from the Publix).

They continue to build hella shit down here so not sure if people are going to hang elsewhere this weekend...
