hahaha, actally i thought the same thing when i first had it, but plain yogurt is used for the base of the sauce... see below

1 8 ounce plain yogurt
6 boneless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon of mustard
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup of worstershire sauce


mix, place chicken in 2 inch thick pan , pour oer chicken sprinkle with thyme cook 45 mins at 350 degrees .. top should get a brown color
