Warranty from hifi?

My jl500/1 i got back at the beginning of the year is randomly turning off on me and i was wondering if anyone here knows if hifi will change it out over the counter or how it works with them.

More than likely they will want to send it off to get serviced. But I am not 100% on that since I have never had to return anything to them.
