Yeah thats it, however youre lined up against you get with them and decide when you want to run, and get a witness if you feel its necessary. Then you guys run and report back who the winner was. The winner moves to the next round and then we draw names again.

My tranny is fubar'd and the car won't be back on the street for another 2-3 weeks. It's currently getting fresh paint, and then will be in Nopi, and then will be awaiting the new transmission to go in. The current transmission will not physically come out of gear. Replacement is on the way.
If I have to forfeit, that's fine. If someone wants to take my place, that's fine also.

I think it's safe to say 70-80% of the ppl on there don't have cars ready for the race and won't for weeks to come.

The race(s) are a great idea for some ppl to get some runs in with some fast cars but the organization wasn't all there.
Too many cars, too many factors affecting the race, cars, and drivers (selling the car, fixing the car, etc).

You should redo this whole thing and take the $50 when the person signs up. Then give them a time frame to have the race or the race is counted as a forfeit and they are out. Simple as that.
With all the new people on the site, you might have more people get in on the next one.
