so i have a 96 accord V6, and it seems the speedometer has taken a shit on me, does anyone know if a gauge cluster from a 4 cyl accord will work on my V6?? because 4 cyl are all i can seem to find, and i havent been able to get a definitive answer as to whether or not it will work :goodjob:

Im going to have to say that NO that wouldn't be a good idea to swap that for your car. Go to http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/ and find a new gauge for YOUR car!

maybe they just dont have it for my car because when i selected my car model, and engine type and all that, it came up with engine parts and like a wire harness of some kind, thats it

you can always buy a guage cluster from me for $20 :) and if it doesn't work in your car you are only out $20. i would think it would probably work.

i would prefer not , its a big pain but you can always sell it to someone else for more...they go on ebay for around $60 a pop.

its been sitting in my garage for months, i pulled it out of a parts car i had, it worked perfectly before i pulled it out.

Are you sure it isn't just your speed sensor?

dont forget to hassle with the price, I picked up a dome light/sunglass holder from them for $32. They wanted $45, I was like ohh never mind I can get that for less here...and they fixed the price in a second. I also got it for a steal too...it had the Homelink in it and they didnt see that :D

Taking out the cluster sucks ass the first time. I had to do it when my bulbs went out. If you DIY, take you're time.
