im not 100% percent ont he apt size 986 SF but liek i mentioned b4 i pay 666 for a 2 bed room one bath in douglasville half a mile from i20 on HWY 5

mine was $649/mo, in peachtree city. 1bed/1bath, walk-in closet, laundry room, walk in pantry, not sure of the sq. feet but it had a nice sized living room plus a sun room that i used as a computer room...

When I lived in a apt it was a one bedroom in kennesaw and I paid 895 a month and add 100 for a garage so 995. I feel like I got ripped cause I live in a three bedroom house two car garage for 997 a month now. lol
