I have opend it and took some parts from the power supply like I said mother board is in perfect condtion and so is everything else but the power supply This computer will not work without the power supply and a power button

so wait, have you physically had the motherboard hooked to another power supply that works to confirm that the motherboard does in FACT still function and work properly??

this is a COMMON problem with emachines pc's. The power supply craps out and takes the motherboard with it. Hell, I've got a T2792 of a coworkers right here at my work desk I'm using as a foot prop with this exact same problem.
unless you can prove with another power supply that the motherboard works, then it should be considered D.O.A.

The power supply works you need a power button to turn the computer on and it needs a whole system recovery I used the computer yesutday I turn it on i came to desktop it goes off so the best thing would be a system recovery along with the power button the mother board works excellent I will party it out as well

Okay The power supply works for sure becuase I turned it on... But After That I tried to turn it on again and the power button went into the computer and there is no way for me to turn the computer back on... But I can't be 100% sure about power supply

C'mon I got another emachines computer everything the same only this one is celeron and it has 2.60GHZ 80gb CD+RW DVD all neceserray stuff power supply gone I gurantee that you can built one good computer out of these 2 emachines that I have one is ripped the other isn't the other needs power suppy also am selling all the above along with the 2 computer for $50.00 the dvd drive it self it somewhere around $20.00 used

broo the amd emachines is teared but has parts , The power suppy is in excellent condition. The other emachines requires a power supply now if you would to take the power supply out of the AMD emachines and put it into the celron emachines you would have a ranning computer both for $50.00 + all the things listed above
